At RapidG, we understand the need to receive your goods as soon as possible and aim to have your order processed and dispatched quickly after your payment has been received. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday to collect and pack orders so you can receive them sooner. It is not open on Public Holidays.
Orders can be placed through our website, by email, fax, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors, we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website, email or fax. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders, however, we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication.
All orders must be paid for prior to shipping or on account (if you have been approved for a credit account via our Credit Application Form).

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Direct Deposits. If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit you will be required to fax or email your official Direct Deposit receipt so that your order can be dispatched promptly. Orders can be delayed if confirmation is not presented, as we will have to wait for funds to be cleared.
EFTPOS is available at our Griffith Retail Store for Pick Up orders.

While we do have standard delivery times, we do experience peak periods where our processing times may increase.
For in-stock products at our warehouse, the usual processing time is within 24 to 48 hours. When the stock is held at our suppliers warehouse usual processing time is within 48 to 72 hours.
If stock is unavailable to fulfil the order at the time of purchase, the dispatch period may be extended. This includes pre-orders, machines and bulk orders.
Note that we aren't always able to add items to orders after the order is placed, so be sure to order everything you want in one go when you first checkout, to ensure the quickest possible processing of your order, and the lowest possible shipping cost.
Dispatch will happen when all of the items on the order become available to fulfil.
This is applicable to orders with a mixture of 'in-stock' and 'unavailable' items.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shopping at RapidG is all about maximising your convenience and minimising your costs.
RapidG has accounts with several major courier companies. We will arrange freight through these accounts for you unless you require shipping through your own courier.
If you wish to use your own courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse. Please advise your national account number and Griffith NSW contact details of your courier in the "Special Instructions / Comments" sections with your order.
Freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination. Sales consultants are happy to provide freight quotes before processing payment if requested at the time the order is placed.
RapidG does not charge handling or packing fees unless special legal or specification documents are requested. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All orders must be checked and lodged within 7 days of receipt and any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Please note in circumstances where the selected courier service is unavailable or experiencing delivery delays, we may find it necessary to use an alternative courier or method of delivery to ship your order. RapidG will absorb any additional shipping charges in such cases.
Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For all Metropolitan Areas, delivery is 1 to 3 days. For all Regional Areas delivery is 2 to 5 days. For all WA, NT and WA Areas delivery is 3 to 7 days.
RAPIDG VAN DELIVERY
Our vans and drivers deliver Mondays to Fridays within the Griffith NSW 2680 Postcode area.

Due to the coronavirus and to ensure the quality of our delivery services, we require that all deliveries be contactless. When ordering please nominate for your parcel be left without a signature at a designated area.

We require that all deliveries be signed for. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left to arrange an alternate delivery address or pick-up arrangements. However, you may nominate for your parcel be left without a signature at the designated area. Once the shipment has left our premises and deemed as delivered as per the receiver's instructions, it is no longer RapidG's responsibility.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours from the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Any orders left on "Wait" status or unconfirmed beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system. Pick Up orders must be collected within 7 days or they will be returned to warehouse inventory.
